The Dana School of Music will be holding a concert to celebrate the school's 150th anniversary. Here, a new collaborative composition will be premiered by the Dana Symphony Orchestra. Six members of the 2018-2019 YSU music composition studio will be presenting Sesquicentennial Suite -- Commemorating 150 Years of Excellence at Quest 2019. In this presentation, we will be discussing the process of bringing this orchestral piece to life as well as some other topics surrounding modern composition! |

I was accepted to be among 100 musicians attending the Atlantic Music Festival this summer! This is a four-week long summer music composition program where I will have the opportunity to work directly with composition faculty from internationally-acclaimed music schools. These schools consist of Julliard, Manthattan School, Yale, Curtis, and more! I will receive private instruction from these working composers, attend masterclasses and seminars, meet promising young composers from all over America, and more!
